PENGEMBANGAN DESAIN GEOMETRIK DAN STRUKTUR JEMBATAN INTERCHANGE BANYUREJO

The Jogja-Bawen Toll Road is planned to commence operations in 2026 with an Average Daily Traffic (ADR) of 8,464 vehicles. Based on traffic growth projections, by 2027, the ADR of this road is estimated to exceed 10,000 smp/day, thus entering the very high ROW category. With this increase, developments in infrastructure design are required, especially in interchange planning. The interchange is planned to use a directional type with a bridge structure using prestressed concrete in the form of a box girder. The purpose of this study is to design the geometric and superstructure of the interchange adapted to the directional interchange type. The data used are secondary data in the form of average daily traffic data and the existing interchange layout. The research method uses a quantitative method, where geometric and structural design parameters will be calculated and then modeled using Autodesk Civil 3D software. The geometric planning results produced FC curve on the first main road (towards Banyurejo) with a curvature radius of 1500 m and a pseudo transition curve of 180 m and SCS curve on the second main road (towards Yogyakarta-Bawen) with a curvature radius of 250 m and a transition curve of 77 m. Meanwhile, for ramp planning, 4 ramps were produced with a minimum radius of 125 m. The ramp was designed as a curve with the FC type on ramp 1 and ramp 2 with a largest radius of 800 m and a preservation curve of 130 m and a compound curvature radius design on ramp 3 and ramp 4 with R min = 125 m using a radius of 1: 2 and 1: 1.5. In the planned geometry, the interchange bridge was designed at STA 0 + 700.00 – 0 + 840.00 using a box girder with a width of 10.5 meters and a height of 3 meters using a strand type 6-31.
